Refunds and Returns

Once your order has been sent to the courier, all sales are final. 

If your package has not yet been sent to the courier, you can request to cancel your order, and a refund for your order may be granted; shipping is not refundable.

We do not accept returns where item defects have been noted in the description, so please read the product descriptions completely before buying items.

If there is an issue with your item that has not been noted in the product's photo or description, if you believe we have made a mistake, or if there is an issue with your order, please contact us here within 14 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for return.

Vintage and Issues to Note*

Since Cherry Buzz Vintage is a vintage store, all of our clothes are second-hand - unless deadstock merchandise is specifically stated in the product description. Therefore, there will be wear and tear from its previous life, and garments will not be in perfect condition. We do not sell clothing articles with egregious defects, but if the garment does have significant defects, it will be noted in the product's description. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
